Book him! First off, Gerald was very patient with the complicated process I was dealing with of booking a pianist via committee. We changed our requests 3 times within the course of a month, and because the payment process for a large organization can be complicated, he'd resend quotes when they inevitably expire. He's very easy to work with. More importantly, he was simply a great performer. We spoke about what the feel of my event was supposed to be, and he nailed it. We got quite a few compliments, and plenty of people wanted his card. The music was loud enough to be enjoyable over a crowd of 500, but not so loud that our guests couldn't talk. Gerald was the most professional Pianist I have ever had. Arrived on time and so gracious to all my guest. We had a charity party at our house and everyone was still in holiday mode thanks to Gerald. The foot or as he said it is the stabilizer was broken and I was unaware due to the piano had been moved. There is Gerald on the floor under the piano trying to temporarily fix it which he did to be able to play. He drove and hour and half to get to our house in very cold and not good weather.
